RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUND

Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit promotion code that you'll be able to use whenever you're ready to reorder and that will never expire. (minus shipping costs) Be sure it is within the seven (7) days of the original purchase date only when accompanied by the original sales receipt, original shoe box and packaging materials. After seven (7) days all sales will be final and merchandise will not be eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a return. 

Once our returns department/Team/CEO himself has inspected the item(s) and approved them for re-sale, you will be offered a store credit promo code to be used on our store website with the same cost of the item(s) you purchased and had returned to us, and you can then purchase the style/color/size you wish, or have us send you out an exchange of the same item that you would like. If the item is defective, the replacement merchandise will be shipped after our returns department have inspected the item. Do not use the original shoe box as the shipping box if it is defective.Fresh Kics, LLC will not be responsible for processing and exchanging of such items. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to processing a return.

All returns must have a return label on the package. To process your return and receive an item#, please email us. Customers are recommended to obtain a tracking number prior to sending back returns. Once an item# is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately so packages can be received within 2 weeks of the date the item# was created. Item numbers are usually noted during checkout and email after payment. Fresh Kics Team/CEO reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

Also, we may require additional days to process the right promo code for our customers or an exchange is acceptable. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Thank you!
