We accept the following payment methods: (Everything listed below/working on a Buy now, Pay Later method as well) DOMESTIC ORDERS (PayPal/Paypal Credit, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express), INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (PayPal/Paypal Credit, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express). We will only ship to addresses that match the billing address of the credit card you use unless using PayPal payments. When using PayPal, we will only ship to "confirm" PayPal addresses. Any orders placed that do not comply with this policy will be cancelled and refunded. Pricing on our website is displayed in US dollars. International posted rates are not live rates and may not be the exact conversion amount, it is intended as a guide only. Promotions on our site are subject to change without notice.

Amex and Discover cards are supported through the PayPal guest or member checkout.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorization when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors.
Order status/Pre-Orders
You can verify the status of your order at any time by contacting us using confirm email sent to you or going back into site and clicking the “For any questions” or "Contact" regarding order.
Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' email means that your order has not yet been shipped. REMEMBER, after placing an order as a Pre-orders, it means that the sneakers will not be available until we receive confirmation from our factory
You will receive an email about your order and tracking number by email after being confirm that order is in and ready to be shipped to the address that was provided by you.
Order changes and cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation by contacting our team/CEO on number provided or going back into site and clicking the “For any questions” or "Contact" regarding order. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team or CEO himself can review your request.
